Concert Repertoire

Woodwind Quintet no.1 (2015)- (10 min.) 3 movements, moderato, adagio and largo molto grave offering rich atonal and semi-tonal harmonies.

Four Scenes in the Life of a Gypsy (2014)- (5 min.) Piano solo in four movements depicting the travels of a Gypsy from leaving one place and arriving in another.

The Jabberwocky (2014)- (4 min.) Baritone voice solo with the text from Lewis Carroll’s poem via the “Alice in Wonderland” series. The song features a very fast, active piano accompaniment that could be considered a solo within itself.

Birdsong (2013)– (3 min.) Duet for flute and bassoon in a five movement ABCBA form. It features constant mixed meter changes throughout, giving it a sporadic, but slightly constant sound, like the chirping of birds.

VI Variations on a Theme (2013)– (6 ½ min.) Piano solo that showcases six variations on a 23 measure theme. The theme initially begins in larghetto, then subsequently moves to adagio, andante, moderato, allegretto, allegro, slows down to a heavy grave and then closes with a repetition of the theme in allegro assai.

Sonata #1 (2012)- (3 min.) Atonal/bitonal piano solo in sonata form.

Tone Poem no. 1 “River” (2012)– (6 min.) Tonal work in E major, depicting a river and use of rubato.

String Quartet (2010)- (2 min.) ABA structure tonal piece beginning in a-minor, modulating to G-major then repeating the beginning section.

Electronic Music

Electro Baroque (2013)- (6 min.) Harpsichord and organ with orchestral and synth backing notated in Finale then mastered in FL Studio.

Arabian Desert (2010)- (3 ½ min) Electroacoustic track featuring solo zampona (panflute), Native American flute, and mandolin with metal drum set, guitar and synths.

Moonlit (Nights of Sorrow) (2010)- (3 min.) Solo trumpet piece accompanied by organ, metal drums, and electric guitar.

I Feel Light (Beyond the Horizon) (2009)- (4 min.) Smooth trance/techno track featuring heavily effect-processed instruments and vocals.
